Embracing Wellness in Our Forties and Fifties: My Journey as a Wellness Tea Designer

For me, these decades marked the beginning of a passionate endeavour as a wellness tea designer, driven by a mission to support and nurture others through natural, holistic remedies.

My Journey into Wellness Tea Design
My journey as a wellness tea designer and a homeopath began with a simple realisation: nature holds powerful remedies that can support our health and well-being. Growing up, I was always fascinated by the healing properties of herbs and plants. I spent countless hours in my grandmother’s garden, learning about different herbs and their uses. This early exposure sparked a lifelong interest in natural healing.
My colleagues and I (all in our forties and fifties) started experiencing common health challenges associated with these ages, I felt compelled to create something that not only supported our well-being but also helped others navigate these transitional phases with grace and ease. To achieve this, I teamed up with a botanical scientist, and together we produced our latest tea blend. Thus, my journey into creating the Meno Balance tea began.
The Birth of the Menopause Tea
