How much is the delivery ? +

UK delivery: 

Standard delivery (1-3 working days) is £3.95 and is free on orders over £50.  

Next day delivery (for UK mainland only)is £7.95 

International delivery: 

The shipping fees vary depending on the destination country, as well as the size of the order, and will be calculated at checkout.

Do you offer free delivery?  +

Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over £50. 

Which courier do you use? +

We work with DPD for the next day delivery. 

Where is my order?  +

Standard Delivery – this service does not offer any tracking information, so unfortunately we are not able to track the package for you. Most likely your package is just a bit delayed and should be with you in the next few days. However, if you have not received your package within two weeks’ time, please contact us so that we can look into the matter.

Next Day Delivery – you should receive delivery updates directly from DPD Couriers by email and/or mobile text, depending on which information you have provided when placing your order. Please contact us if you have not received these updates.

International Delivery – please email us at info@camelliasteahouse.com for tracking information.

My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?  +

We are sorry to hear that. Please take a picture and send us a message at info@camelliasteahouse.com. We will arrange a new delivery. 

Can I change the address on my order? +

How can I apply a discount code? +

You can apply a discount code in your basket before proceeding to the payment. 

How can I redeem my Loyalty Points? +

You can redeem your loyalty points in your basket before checking out. To see how many loyalty points you have, please log in to your account page.

Do I need an account to place an order?  +

You can place an order as « a guest » without creating an account. You will not earn any loyalty points if you checkout as a guest.

Can I place my order over the phone? +

For security and privacy reasons, we cannot take orders over the phone. If you are having issues with placing an order on our website, please feel free to contact us at info@camelliasteahouse.com. We will do our best to help you!

Where can I buy your tea in the UK? +

You can buy our teas in our online store or in our Tea House, located in central London (opposite the British Museum). You can also find our teas in some of the best hotels and spas across UK.

My order is a gift - would there be prices on the delivery note? +

There are no prices mentioned on the delivery note. You can have this gift delivered directly to the person address. 

Can I include a gift note?  +

You can indeed include a gift note in your order. On the second step of the checkout, on the right side of your basket, you will have to click « this order contains a gift » and write your message. 

What are the subscription benefits? +

When you subscribe to receive your favourite tea every month, you are saving 12% on your purchase. 

How can I subscribe? +

To subscribe, go to the page of the tea that you would like to receive monthly and click on the banner « Subscribe and Save 12% ». From here, select the packaging of your choice and add it to your basket. Log in or register, fill out your details and pay using your Paypal account. Unfortunately, only Paypal payments are available, as the subscription sets up repeat payments, which is not possible with Worldpay or other payment gateway

How do I change my subscription?   +

If you want to change your subscription, log in to your member area, select the subscription and click on « unsubscribe ». You will then be able to subscribe to a different product. 

Can I cancel my subscription? +

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Select the subscription section and click on « unsubscribe ».

You can access your account by logging in here

How can I change my address? +

You can change your address directly in your account. To do that, log in here and click on « My personal details », update your address and click on « Save changes » 

How can I update my credit card details? +

You can’t update your credit card on our website, because we don’t save your card details when you make a purchase. The payment gateways we have on the website are independent and highly secure. If your credit or debit card details have changed, just use the new card with your next order. 

If you have subscribed to a monthly subscription using Paypal and your bank details have changed, update them directly in your Paypal account.
