Description
These amazing flowering teas are handmade rosettes of delicate green tea leaves and decorative flowers, which have been carefully infused with jasmine blossoms to give them their exquisite jasmine flavour and aroma. As the balls steep, they slowly unfurl to reveal the secret beauty of the graceful bouquet within.
Taste: Delicately sweet and soft jasmine notes dance on a light and refreshing base of green tea
Aroma: Elegant jasmine that creates a wonderfully soothing effect on the senses
Infusion: Pale golden yellow
Originates from Fujian Province
Loose leaf tea:
We would recommend putting one teaspoon of tea per cup into an infuser or filter and then add freshly boiled water. For a pot of tea, always add one teaspoon of tea for the pot and one teaspoon for each person. The length of brewing time can vary according to an individual’s taste but we would recommend the following:
Brewing Temperature: 80°C
Brewing Time: 3 minutes
