White tea is generally plucked before the buds open and because of this the leaves are very young and are still covered in pale, silvery-white fine hairs. White teas are not fermented but are steamed after plucking and then hand rolled before drying. They contain very low amounts of caffeine.
Organically cultivated China Pai Mu Tan tea leaves show many.....
Silver needle is a rarity as it is only harvested in small.....
