Pennyhill Park, located in Bagshot, Surrey, offers the award-winning Afternoon Tea with Sarah Frankland; a stunning, modern take on the traditional afternoon tea created by Sarah and her team of pastry chefs. Sarah’s afternoon tea has been recognised with multiple awards, most recently with Sarah being awarded Pastry Chef of the Year at the Craft Guild of Chef Awards 2019 and becoming a finalist in Great British Bake Off: The Professionals.

For the launch, Ajit Madan – Founder of Camellia’s Tea House and Tea School – hosted an opening training workshop, instilling his passion, knowledge and creativity around tea to the staff members from the Ascot Bar & Lounge and the Themis Restaurant in the Spa at Pennyhill Park.
