A new study has revealed how antioxidants in green tea may be linked to skin-cell rejuvenation and certain anti-inflammatory properties (Journal of Proceedings of the National Academy of Science).
We have a number of teas which we believe are beneficial to the health of skin.
Beautiful Skin – A light herbal infusion marked but its distinct chamomile and elderflower undertones. It contains a wide range of herbs such as chickweed, red clover, nettle and dandelion and is believed to help promote healthy and clear skin throughout the body.

Dancing Rose & Violet – Dancing Rose and Violet Tea has a delicate flavour with complex undertones and the ingredients are considered to be a great vitality booster.
Dandelion Leaf – Dandelion has been traditionally known to be a great detoxifier and liver tonic. Its bitter taste stimulates digestive enzymes and bile from the liver. Dandelion contains vitamins A, B, C and D and known to be high in iron and potassium. It is also believed to aid in sluggish bowels and cleanse the blood especially in skin conditions.
Gout Tea – A great blend of tea because its ingredients are believed to have an alkalizing effect and can flush away excess uric acid deposits out of the body.
Nettle – Nettle tea has a wide range of benefits because it is full of good things such as in iron, protein, potassium and calcium, vitamin A and C. It is believed to cleanse the blood and help anemia. Traditionally it has been to ease joint pains and swelling but it is also believed to be a good tonic for the adrenal glands and therefore a great herb to alleviate allergic responses.
