Aching Body and Stiffness
There are many factors that cause aching body and stiffness. If the pain is persistent then its best to consult your doctor. The most common reasons are due to tension, flu, overuse, strains, minor injuries and arthritis. Inflammation and tight muscles create pain and there are some great herbs believed to help with this condition.
We have selected a few teas made of ingredients which have been traditionally used in herbal medicine to help with inflammation reduction, soothe nerves and act as muscle relaxants.

Chamomile Flowers – Chamomile is an all-time favourite when it comes to calming the nerves, soothing irritability and relieving pain in the digestive system. It is believed to have anti-inflammatory and anti-septic properties. Traditionally it has been known to ease colds and flu, symptoms associated to allergy, cystitis and eczema. These lovely flowers produce a golden cup with a creamy and sweet infusion.
Dandelion Leaf – Dandelion has been traditionally known to be a great detoxifier and liver tonic. Its bitter taste stimulates digestive enzymes and bile from the liver. Dandelion contains vitamins A, B, C and D and known to be high in iron and potassium. It is also believed to aid in sluggish bowels and cleanse the blood especially in skin conditions.
Gout Tea – A great blend of tea because its ingredients are believed to have an alkalizing effect and can flush away excess uric acid deposits out of the body.
