Two of the classic flavourings for black tea come together in this intriguing blend. The lapsang-style smokiness complements the bergamot tang of the Earl Grey, and the warmth of chopped ginger rounds out the flavour.
Taste: A perfectly balanced blend of crispy Keemun, gentle citrus notes of bergamot and warming lapsang souchong to deliver a kiss of smoke
Aroma: A savoury and earthy smoothness to the citrus notes of bergamot
Infusion: Medium bodied copper colour with a bright sheen

Loose leaf tea:
We would recommend putting one teaspoon of tea per cup into an infuser or filter and then add freshly boiled water. For a pot of tea, always add one teaspoon of tea for the pot and one teaspoon for each person. The length of brewing time can vary according to an individual’s taste but we would recommend the following:
Brewing Temperature: 100°C
Brewing Time: 3 minutes
