Nettle

Nettle tea has a wide range of benefits because it is full of good things such as in iron, protein, potassium and calcium, vitamin A and C. It is believed to cleanse the blood and help anemia. Traditionally it has been to ease joint pains and swelling but it is also believed to be a good tonic for the adrenal glands and therefore a great herb to alleviate allergic responses.
