UVA District

The UVA Province, consisting of two districts, can be found in the interior of Sri Lanka. With most of the region’s tea gardens sprawling on the eastern slopes of the central mountains, it is best known for its black Ceylon teas. The teas from this region are characteristically full bodied, strong and pleasantly tangy.
